You can expect your delivery usually next working day up until 5.30pm based on standard next day or earlier if a timed delivery has been requested.You will need to sign for your parcel.Fedex and UK Mail are our usual courier companies.

| Can we delivery to a PO box |
As a signature is required for your parcel we therefore
are unable to send to a Post Office Box. Sorry

| Can you deliver to the Scottish Isles and Ireland |
Mostly yes though an additional carriage charge may be applied and the delivery time may take upto 48hrs.

| DO WE PROVIDE SITE VISITS AND TECHNICAL BACKUP |
If you require a site visit this can usually be arranged though distance from our London base may be cost prohibitive and may be impractical we will endeavour to provide the best back up service we can.
